Job summary

Southwood Realty Company in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Maintenance Tech / Grounds to keep the property buildings and grounds in top condition. You will perform on-site maintenance and preventative tasks to preserve the physical condition of the property and respond to work orders within 24 hours.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to stand and walk for long periods, and a customer-service approach to assist residents and teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk; lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service and maintenance requests within 24-hours
• Follow up on service requests to assure customer satisfaction
• Insures OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times
• Participate in implementation of an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in "ready" condition at all times
• Maintain vacant units daily

Job Summary:

Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. Complete onsite maintenance and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical condition of the property.
