Job summary

Gateway RH, Rock Hill properties, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to oversee the upkeep of buildings and grounds. The role involves completing onsite maintenance and preventative tasks to preserve the property's condition.

Key duties include timely handling of service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, following OSHA safety standards, contributing to a maintenance plan, and turning over vacant units within set timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Constant need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting and repairing the property. Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
• Must be customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service and maintenance requests within 24-hours.
• Follow up on service requests to assure customer satisfaction.
• Insures OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times.
• Participate in implementation of an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan.
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days.
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in “ready” condition at all times.
• Maintain vacant units daily.
