Job summary

Southwood Realty Company is seeking a Maintenance Tech / Grounds to support Arbors Fort Mill. This on-site role maintains the property buildings and grounds and performs preventative maintenance to preserve the property's condition.

You will complete service requests within 24 hours, follow up for guest satisfaction, comply with OSHA and safety policies, and help implement an ongoing maintenance plan, including turning vacant units quickly and keeping them in ready condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service and maintenance requests within 24-hours.
• Follow up on service requests to assure customer satisfaction.
• Insures OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times.
• Participate in implementation of an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan.
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days.
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in “ready” condition at all times.
• Maintain vacant units daily.

Job Summary

Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. Complete onsite maintenance and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical condition of the property.
