Job summary
Inspire Communities in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufactured home communities in top condition. You’ll perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and seasonal upkeep to ensure residents enjoy safe, well‑maintained spaces.
You’ll work with a hands‑on team, handle appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and exterior grounds, and respond to on‑call requests. A valid driver’s license and practical, self‑start attitude are essential.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care.
- A valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services.
- Take charge of seasonal maintenance such as lawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations.
- Keep equipment and tools, including company trucks and lawnmowers, in good working condition.
- Handle community repairs such as fixing roads, driveways, sprinklers, and irrigation systems.
