Job summary

CBRE is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of client facility systems, including material handling equipment and robotic systems, within CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. You will help ensure safety and reliability in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with computers and MS Office.

Qualifications

• US work authorization now or in the future is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders).

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
