The Broadview Center is seeking a proactive Maintenance Tech to support building and grounds upkeep, electrical, plumbing, painting, and equipment care. You will work with the Supervisor and team to ensure a safe, functional facility for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Graduate of Technology.
• Some experience in Maintenance and power plant work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance tasks related to building and grounds upkeep.

• Show initiative in aiding wherever required.
• Assist in activities and tasks as directed by Supervisor.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
