Hill Valley Healthcare in Seattle, WA is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform building and grounds upkeep, electrical and plumbing tasks, painting, and equipment maintenance to keep the facility safe and comfortable for residents.

You will work with the Supervisor and team, show initiative, and contribute to the overall functionality of the site while supporting a diverse, inclusive workplace and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Graduate of Technology.
• Some experience in Maintenance and power plant work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance tasks related to building and grounds upkeep.
• Collaborate and work well with fellow team members.
• Show initiative in aiding wherever required.
• Assist in activities and tasks as directed by Supervisor.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
