Qualifications

• Maintenance tasks to keep interior and exterior areas clean and safe.
• Assist management in maintaining restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and use PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Take out and empty trash.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
• Sweep, mop and perform detailed cleaning.
