Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking a Maintenance Tech B for the Day Shift in Georgia. You will maintain and repair production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and support predictive and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.

In this mid-level role, you will work with a collaborative team, apply technical expertise, and mentor junior technicians while developing advanced maintenance skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Safety training including LOTO, confined space, PPE, hot work procedures, PIT, fall protection, hoisting and rigging.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues impacting safety, quality, and production efficiency.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, and equipment replacements.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and process improvements.
