Job summary

Lume Cannabis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the facility operating by repairing problems as they arise. The role covers a wide range of tasks around the building, including routine upkeep and preventive maintenance.

You will document maintenance logs, work with building systems, handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and may perform welding or fabrication. A HS diploma and 2-3 years of experience are required, with lifting up to 50–75 lbs and cannabis safety protocols in place.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related role.
• Ability to operate hand tools and understand basic trades.

Responsibilities

• Record maintenance logs and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance around the facility (drywall, door frames, flooring).
• Repair plumbing, fertigation systems, RO systems, and other liquid systems.
• Modify utilities for new equipment and coordinate start-up of new assets.
• Troubleshoot lighting and electrical issues.
• Navigate building management systems and controls.
• Utilize specialty skills such as welding, sheetmetal, or fabrication.
