Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Maintenance Associate to inspect and repair machines, equipment, and structures across Cultivation, Manufacturing, and Retail operations. You will work independently to safely complete tasks and support occasional overtime with an augmented schedule.

The role requires hands-on maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, use of tools, and attention to detail. Travel between company buildings and on-call duties are anticipated as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance role requiring ownership and accountability for tasks.
• General understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is required.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools is expected.
• Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and professional independence are important.
• Good time-management skills and reliability are necessary.
• Basic computer skills are beneficial for reporting and documentation.
• Experience with routine maintenance is preferred.
• Experience using test equipment like multimeters or flow meters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds regularly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Perform corrective maintenance on building systems as needed.
• Repair HVAC components including air handlers, pumps, boilers, and rooftop units.
• Test and repair electrical switches, outlets, lighting, and controls.
• Install and repair plumbing and irrigation piping.
• Perform general building repairs including painting.
• Be on-call and may include weekend work and travel between sites.
