Job summary

Shaw Industries is hiring a Maintenance Technician C to support safe, reliable production equipment operations. You will perform hands-on maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and help senior technicians to minimize downtime while developing foundational reliability skills.

You will collaborate with maintenance leads, participate in equipment installations and modifications, and follow all safety standards on a non-rotating 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to learn and grow in maintenance reliability.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance & Repair: perform routine maintenance and repair on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshooting & Basic Repairs: diagnose issues and perform repairs or part replacements.
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: conduct PMs and monitor equipment condition.
• Project & Improvement Support: assist with installations, upgrades, and modifications while following safety standards.
• Team Collaboration & Development: work with senior technicians and maintenance leads to improve practices.
