Job summary

Westerman, Inc., an employee owned manufacturer of production and storage equipment for oil, gas, and nuclear industries, is seeking a Maintenance Technician. The role focuses on preventative and mechanical maintenance with strong problem-solving and safety discipline.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot advanced mechanical problems, perform weld fabrication, enter maintenance data accurately, and uphold a clean, safe work environment across the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities are required.
• Must have and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Regular and punctual attendance is required.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned.
• Complete mechanical repairs and make adjustments as needed.
• Successfully troubleshoot mechanical problems.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks with little direction.
• Enter data into the maintenance system timely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work safely with advanced electricity in the maintenance field.
• Other duties as assigned.
