Job summary

Westerman, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot advanced mechanical problems across our facility. You will handle preventative and corrective maintenance, ensuring high equipment reliability and safety standards.

The role requires basic math, strong communication, and the ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints. Welding and fabrication tasks, plus data entry into maintenance systems, are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years work experience in a related craft.
• Basic math skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written communication.
• Must have and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Complete mechanical repairs and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned.
• Successfully troubleshoot mechanical problems.
• Complete welding and fabrication tasks with little direction.
• Accountable for entering data into maintenance system timely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform advanced electricity to work in maintenance field safely.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
