Qualifications

• Experience in AC/DC electrical control and power systems.
• Proficient with pneumatics and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to review and implement electrical and mechanical schematics/blueprints.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E and OSHA standards.
• Basic computer skills including email, Excel, Word and CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning industrial equipment.
• Upgrade equipment to improve safety, quality and on-time delivery.
• Use provided tools and test equipment to complete daily tasks.

Due to continued Business Growth & AI/DX Transformation, Aisin Drivetrain, Inc. is seeking motivated, qualified professionals with strong interpersonal & technical skills (Automation, Robotics, CNC Machines), to join our team in a fast-paced & highly automated facility.

2nd shift - Maintenance Technician

SIGN-ON BONUS - $2,000

Salary Range: $28.00 - $40.00 /hr (+$2.50 /hr Shift Differential)

Work-Shift: 3 Shift Rotation Positions Available

Work Hours: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. M-F available weekly overtime, as well as weekend rotation plan ensuring a strong work/life balance.

Essential Functions

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning industrial production and facility equipment.
• Perform upgrades to equipment that supports improvements to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• All tools and test equipment necessary to perform daily tasks are provided.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in AC/DC Electrical Control/Power Systems, as well as Pneumatics & Hydraulic Systems.
• Experience in AC/DC electrical control and power systems.
• Must be able to review & implement electrical and mechanical schematics / blueprints.
• Perform all tasks in accordance with NEC, NFPA 70E and OSHA standards.
• Basic computer skills. (Email, Excel, Word, CMMS software.)

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Vocational training certificate, college technical degree or equivalent experience is highly desired / preferred.

Motivated desire to be a top-level technician required.
