Job summary

Aisin Drivetrain, Inc. is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in a fast-paced, highly automated facility. A sign-on bonus of $2,000 is offered, with hourly wages ranging from $28.00 to $40.00 plus a $2.50 per hour shift differential.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment upgrades, and providing essential tools and test equipment to perform daily tasks, all within a collaborative, safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning industrial production and facility equipment.
• Perform upgrades to equipment that support safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• All tools and test equipment necessary to perform daily tasks are provided.

2nd shift - Maintenance Technician

SIGN-ON BONUS - $2,000

Salary Range: $28.00 - $40.00 /hr (+$2.50 /hr Shift Differential)

Work-Shift: 3 Shift Rotation Positions Available

Work Hours: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. M-F available weekly overtime, as well as weekend rotation plan ensuring a strong work/life balance.

Essential Functions

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
