SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician for our Wisconsin manufacturing team. Shift: 1st, 6AM-2:30PM.

Pay: $27-$30/Hr depending on experience. The role maintains facility equipment, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues, and supports a safe, productive work environment. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and plumbing systems, and performing preventative maintenance.

Formación

• Graduate of a Maintenance Machine Repair Technician or related technical school program preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and schematics.
• Experience working with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and upkeep of facility equipment and systems.
• Respond to and repair safety-related issues and capital equipment breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Repair and maintain production machinery and facility equipment.
• Participate in the company safety committee and support workplace safety initiatives.
• Respond to building emergencies as part of an on‑call rotation.
• Identify potential equipment issues and take a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures, maintenance standards, and established company policies.
