Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in at least one maintenance area (pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, conveyors, etc.).
• Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with packaging equipment and production line setup/changeover.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of food manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues and implement effective repairs.
• Complete and document work orders in the CMMS system as assigned.
• Set up production equipment for changeovers (material, size, product, or pack pattern).
• Test equipment following maintenance or changeovers to ensure quality operation.
• Inspect parts for wear and damage; procure basic maintenance items as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from production personnel.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
