Job summary

Techneeds LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Mechanic to join a leading manufacturer specializing in liquid cooling and thermal management solutions. You will perform construction, installation, maintenance, adjustment, and repair of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry systems to ensure optimal plant operations.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and pays $25.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or carpentry).
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical control panels, transformers, pumps and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of building construction, pipe fitting and preventive maintenance techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adherence to safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Construct and install plant facilities and inspect/repair plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and general equipment maintenance.
• Work with transformers, control panels, pumps and HVAC systems.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed in all maintenance tasks.
