Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a mechanical capacity including installation, troubleshooting and equipment repair.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, plumbing and PLCs.
• Refrigeration and preventative maintenance experience is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist.
• Display positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Ability to function independently and in a team‑oriented environment.

Maintenance Tech 12hr Night Shift

Location: Hartwell, GA

Reports to: Hiring Manager Title

Classification: Nonexempt

Wage: $33.07 – $42.07 per hour

Job Duties

• Preventive maintenance
• Repairs to equipment to ensure production uptime
• Equipment overhauls and updating
• Electrical, welding, pneumatic and hydraulic work, troubleshooting and repair
• All other duties as assigned

Working Conditions

High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.

Qualifications

Desire 3+ years’ experience in a mechanical capacity including installation, troubleshooting and equipment repair. Prior experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, plumbing and PLCs. Refrigeration and preventative maintenance experience is a plus. Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day. Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist. Display positive attitude and teamwork skills. Ability to function independently and in a team‑oriented environment.

Equipment Required

Employees will be required to wear safety shoes, which will be provided. Employees will wear safety equipment as it relates to the requirement for the task.
