Ocean Spray is hiring a Maintenance Technician at the Wisconsin Rapids Processing Plant. This full-time indoor role operates on a 12-hour rotating shift from 4pm to 4am with rotating weekends off.

The plant sits on 70 acres and spans 295,000 square feet, producing Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins). The position starts at $33.28 per hour with a $1.25 per hour shift differential and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex equipment, read and interpret manuals and work orders
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and participate in continuous improvement
• Adhere to schedules and safety procedures; perform preventive maintenance
• Prioritize work orders and PM/CM tasks; respond to equipment concerns
• Participate in maintenance day overhauls and preparatory meetings
