Ocean Spray is seeking a Maintenance Technician at the Wisconsin Rapids Processing Plant to perform day-to-day maintenance activities and prevent breakdowns. The role involves 12-hour rotating shifts from 4pm–4am with rotating weekends off, indoors, year-round.

Starting pay is $33.28 per hour plus a $1.25 shift differential; the plant emphasizes total quality management and proactive maintenance within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Responsible for the day-to-day Maintenance activities within the team. Using the principles of total quality management to execute the work of preventative maintenance and repair equipment and actively participate in project development and training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex equipment and interpret manuals/work orders; maintain a clean, safe work environment; participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as maintenance support to ensure optimal equipment performance; respond to process concerns; prioritize work orders and preventive maintenance activities.
• Adhere to schedules and procedures, follow safety precautions for equipment and tasks; perform safety checks prior to seasonal operations; conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Participate in daily maintenance projects and tasks.
• Take part in preparatory meetings for maintenance day overhauls and cleans.
