Job summary

Job description:We are looking for an individual to work as Maintenance Technician in our convenience store locations. The building maintenance trade is an exciting and rewarding career. Our Maintenance Techs will help preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. After proper training, you will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as electrical, plumbing, small appliances, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.Mission for position:To uphold the company’s core values of safety, integrity, teamwork, and excellence while adhering to the roles, responsibilities and outcomes for the job as described below.Purpose of the role: The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various components of facilities, devices, appliances, and equipment used in retail stores, rental properties, offices, and petroleum storage and dispensing operations. This Technician position will respond to troubleshoot equipment and facility problems and issues, diagnose problems, acquire parts, and repair as needed. This position will perform preventive maintenance and repairs to keep retail stores operating at a high capacity, as well as other facilities and equipment essential to the company’s success.
