Job summary

Cochran Brothers Company INC is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join our corporate office team. The role focuses on preventative maintenance and repairs for our convenience stores and equipment, with exposure to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general carpentry tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior successful maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Preference will be given to applicants who are certified in HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for convenience stores and equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems.
• Support a variety of maintenance tasks across facilities as needed.

Physical Requirements

Maintenance technician requires constant standing, bending and reaching. Frequent lifting of one to five pounds and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 pounds is required.
