Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, seeks a skilled Maintenance Tech in Tulsa, OK to troubleshoot and repair hydraulics and pneumatics, electronics, and basic PLC systems in our manufacturing operations.

The role requires Mechatronics Certification or equivalent, OSHA 30, robotics programming knowledge, and at least 24 months in a Maintenance Tech Level 2 position; you will perform preventive and emergency maintenance and document work orders in CMMS.

Qualifications

• Mechatronics certification or equivalent required.
• OSHA 30 general industry 30-hour card preferred.
• Minimum 24 months in a Maintenance Tech Level 2 position.
• Experience in troubleshooting electronics.
• PLC basic programming and troubleshooting.
• Robotics programming and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot advanced electronics and PLC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Complete work orders via CMMS with maintenance utilization of 75%.
• Adhere to lock out tag out procedures.
• Train other technicians as needed.
