Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics, with preventative maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.

The position is 1st shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm, with overtime as required. Training and safety procedures, including lock out/tag out, are emphasized.

Qualifications

• PM tech level 2 with hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Bearings and bearing assemblies replacement.
• Repair and rebuilding of equipment and mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Replace bearings and mechanical assemblies.
• Install gearboxes and drive shafts as needed.
• Complete work orders in CMMS and maintain 80% utilization.

# Maintenance TechAmeristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a skilled Maintenance Tech to complete troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics. This position will support the manufacturing operations performing preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs as needed. **This is a 1st shift position; Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm. Overtime as required.**What you will be doing:* PM tech level 2 skills plus the following:* Replacement of bearings and bearing assemblies* Repair and replacement of mechanical assemblies* Repair and Rebuilding of equipment* Installation of gearboxes* Must complete work orders via CMMS software and maintenance utilization of 80%* Drive shaft rebuilding* Troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics* Welding of damaged equipment and fabrication of equipment* Must adhere to all lock out tag out proceduresThe skills and experience you need:This role is located in Tulsa, OK.Questions about this role?
