Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 5:00am–3:30pm) with overtime as needed. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair hydraulics and pneumatics, replace bearings, install gearboxes, and rebuild mechanical assemblies to keep manufacturing equipment running smoothly.

The role requires PM tech level 2 skills, experience with CMMS, and strict adherence to lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have PM tech level 2 skills.
• Experience with replacement of bearings and bearing assemblies.
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics and rebuild mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Replace bearings and bearing assemblies as needed.
• Repair and rebuild equipment and mechanical components.
• Install gearboxes and drive shafts.
• Complete work orders via CMMS with 80% utilization.
• Weld damaged equipment and fabricate as required.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures.

# Maintenance TechAmeristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a skilled Maintenance Tech to complete troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics. This position will support the manufacturing operations performing preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs as needed. **This is a 1st shift position; Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm.
