Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, seeks a skilled Maintenance Tech to troubleshoot and repair hydraulics and pneumatics and perform preventative maintenance for manufacturing operations. This is a second shift role based in Tulsa, OK.

You will troubleshoot advanced electronics, PLC basics, and complete work orders in CMMS, with a focus on maintaining high utilization and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Mechatronics Certification or equivalent
• OSHA 30 general industry 30-hour required
• Experience in automation and robotics
• 2+ years in Maintenance Tech Level 2
• Experience troubleshooting electronics and PLC basics
• Ability to train other technicians at this level or below
• Robotics programming and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair advanced electronics.
• Troubleshoot PLC and basic programming.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Complete work orders via CMMS; maintain 75% maintenance utilization.

Job description

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a skilled Maintenance Tech to complete troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics. This position will support the manufacturing operations performing preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs as needed.

This will be a second shift position.

What you will be doing:

• Troubleshooting and repair of advanced electronics.
• Troubleshooting of PLC and basic programming.
• Must adhere to all lock out tag out procedures.
• Must complete work orders via CMMS software and maintenance utilization of 75%.

The skills and experience you need:

• Technical training and certification preferred
• Completion of Mechatronics Certification or equivalent with the following milestones:
• OSHA 30 general industry 30 hour card
• Automation
• Robotics
• Minimum of 24 months in a Maintenance Tech Level 2 position.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronics.
• PLC basic programming and troubleshooting.
• Training of other technicians at this level or below.
• Robotics programming and troubleshooting.

This role is located in Tulsa, OK.
