Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Tallahassee is seeking a versatile Jack-of-all-Trades maintenance technician to join our team. The role covers routine upkeep, repairs, and coordinating with on-site staff to maintain high property standards.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, and HVAC expertise. A valid driver's license and hand tools are required, with on-call duties and physical demands to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous).
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Standing/walking for prolonged periods and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch lists.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.

• All other duties as assigned.

• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
