Southern HealthCare Management in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our facility running smoothly. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, repair equipment, and supervise contractors when needed.

Competenze

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Experience with facilities maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic welding skills preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Leadership skills to supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance projects.
