Chestnut Ridge Health & Rehabilitation seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure reliable operation of the facility. You will implement preventive and corrective plans to prevent failures and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

You will create schedules, supervise work, and coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions to resident care while upholding regulatory standards and warranties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Maintenance job.
