Riviera Palms Rehabilitation Center in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support facility operations and equipment reliability. You will join a team focused on growth, teamwork, and a clean, well‑organized workplace.

Responsibilities include routine inspections, troubleshooting, CMMS documentation, and collaborating with the Maintenance Director and HR to advance your skills and career goals.

Competenze

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Experience with facilities maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic welding skills preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Leadership skills to supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance projects.
