The Maintenance Technician 3 at Beacon Hill is a highly skilled maintenance professional who plays a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience. We're seeking someone with advanced troubleshooting abilities who can independently diagnose and repair a wide range of residential building systems while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This position is ideal for a technician who thrives on solving complex problems, mentoring others, and being the person the team relies on when challenging maintenance issues arise.

• Has proven maintenance experience with a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs.
• Can independently diagnose and resolve most maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
• Takes ownership of work orders and consistently delivers high-quality repairs.
• Effectively prioritizes competing maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Builds positive relationships with residents through professional communication and service.
• Assists in training and supporting less experienced technicians as needed.
