Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech for a direct hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA within the real estate and property management industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, water leak troubleshooting, light fixture repair, and appliance repair.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting throughout the property.


• Handle plumbing repairs, water leak issues, light electrical work, HVAC maintenance, and carpentry tasks.


• Repair and service appliances, fixtures, and building systems as needed.


• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional, and service-focused manner.


• Inspect work areas, identify repair needs, and help maintain a safe, clean, and functional property environment.


• Work closely with team members and property staff to complete projects and daily maintenance priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $28 to $29 per hour.


• Job type: Direct hire.


• Location: Los Angeles, CA.
