Job summary

PeopleFirst Staffing seeks a Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing site in Lebanon, OH. This is a 1st shift position (7am-5pm) requiring heavy lifting and a readiness to work on machinery and forklifts, with steel-toe shoes and jeans required.

The role covers troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and support for plant expansion projects while ensuring safe, efficient operation of electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair 480V 3-phase motor control systems, PLCs, VFDs, motors, transformers, and production equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Perform electrical installations, conduit runs, wiring, and equipment upgrades.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain plant machinery and equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Support plant expansion projects, equipment installations, and inventory organization.

Maintenance Technician

A manufacturing company located in Lebanon is looking for a Maintenance Technician. This is an industrial maintenance position on 1st shift. Heavy lifting will be involved. You will be required to work on machinery as well as forklifts. 1st shift-7am-5pm Steel Toe shoes and jeans required
