Job summary

Employbridge is seeking Maintenance Technicians for all shifts in Wisconsin. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

We offer 1st-3rd shifts, 48 hours per week, and 8-10 hour shifts, with overtime opportunities and a strong emphasis on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment required.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and warehouse equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
• Maintain equipment, tools, machine parts, and spare parts inventory.
• Assist with facility maintenance and equipment installation projects.
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders.
• Participate in workplace safety initiatives and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM or 7:00 AM start time, Monday-Saturday
• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM start time, Monday-Saturday
• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM or 11:00 PM start time, Sunday-Friday
• 48 hours per week
• 8-10 hour shifts

Compensation

• $25-$35/hr
