Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Johnston, RI to support upkeep, repair, and improvement of bank facilities through general maintenance, light construction, and repair work.

The role covers responding to service requests, closing out work orders in a CMMS, and assisting with minor furniture moves, while maintaining inventory and communicating professionally with customers.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience and/or abilities.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload.

Primary Responsibilities Include

Qualifications, Education, Certifications And/or Other Professional Credentials

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License, required
• Proven customer service experience and/or abilities
• Competent use of iPad and
• Ability to travel as required
• Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload

Hours & Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $23-26 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
