Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Custodian Technician to maintain clean, professional offices across our retail branches. This hands-on role focuses on routine independent cleanings while supporting a team environment. You will handle general facilities upkeep, restrooms, floors, and common areas.

Hours are 40 per week, Monday–Friday 5:30am–2:00pm, with overtime availability. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; a company vehicle and equipment are provided.

• Experience with customer service and service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restrooms, trash).
• Respond to service requests and close work orders with minimal callbacks.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
• Wear company provided uniform and maintain professional appearance.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Vehicle maintenance as required.

Overview

The Custodian Technician plays a key role in maintaining clean and professional office environments across our retail branches. This is a hands‑on, service‑oriented position focused primarily on independent routine cleanings while supporting a team‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize work order response & close out work orders upon completion with minimal callbacks.
• Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers.
• Wear a company‑provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Vehicle maintenance as required.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Demonstrate customer service skills & service‑oriented mindset.
• Competent use of iPad & iPhone.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

• High School Degree or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License, required.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $22–24 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
