Citizens Bank is seeking a Sr Maintenance Technician in Johnston, RI to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds. The role involves carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other trades under limited supervision.
Responsibilities include inspecting systems, coordinating with contractors, managing maintenance records, and optimizing energy use to reduce operating costs.
The Sr Maintenance Technician will utilize skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance.
The chosen individual will utilize several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.
The salary range for this position is $22.00-26.00 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factorsincluding but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
