Job summary

Citizens Financial Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support upkeep, repair, and improvement of bank facilities in Johnston, RI. You will handle general maintenance, light construction, and repair work, using CMMS and iPad for work orders.

Primary duties include prioritizing requests, closing out work orders, assisting with minor office relocations, and maintaining inventory while communicating professionally with customers.

Qualifications

High School Degree or Equivalent.
Valid Driver’s License, required.
Proven customer service experience and/or abilities.
Competent use of iPad and CMMS.
Ability to travel as required.
Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy.
Ability to plan and prioritize workload.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

Responding to emergency and non-emergency service requests and prioritizing work order response.
Closing out work orders upon completion; via iPad or Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Providing minor office relocations of furniture and / or contents.
Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers.
Maintaining inventory of supplies, tools and materials and purchasing supplies at the best available price.

Job description

TheMaintenance Technicianrole within Real Estate Operations is responsible for supporting the upkeep, repair, and improvement of bank facilities through a combination of general maintenance, light construction, and repair work.

Tools and supplies all provided

Primary responsibilities include

Responding to emergency and non-emergency service requests and prioritizing work order response
Closing out work orders upon completion; via iPad or Computerized Maintenance Management System
Providing minor office relocations of furniture and / or contents
Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers
Maintaining inventory of supplies, tools and materials and purchasing supplies at the best available price

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

High School Degree or Equivalent

PayTransparency

The salary range for this position is $23-26 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factorsincluding but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
