Job summary

Cleary-University in Michigan is seeking a Facilities Custodian to maintain dorms, classrooms and common areas, perform custodial tasks and minor repairs, and assist with athletic facilities when needed.

You will respond to service requests, relocate furniture and support staff, students, and customers, with emphasis on safety and reliability in all weather conditions. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and off-hour shifts.
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Relocate furniture, equipment and supplies in and around campus.

Job description

SUMMARY

Maintain University facilities including but not limited to student housing and common areas, classrooms, offices, bathrooms and banquet facilities. Perform custodial tasks and minor maintenance and building repairs. Assistance with athletic and stadium grounds when necessary. Waste removal, recycling and maintenance facilities on campus.
