Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience preferred.

• A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and apartment make-readies in a timely manner.
• Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Use of company systems and mobile tools as part of daily responsibilities.
• Access and manage work orders and inspections through a mobile app.
• Document completed work with notes, photos, and videos in real time.

• No prior experience with these systems is required; training will be provided. Candidates must be willing to learn and use technology as part of their daily work
