You will complete work orders across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances, document work in real time, and use mobile tools to access inspections. Training is provided, and candidates must be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn across multiple trades.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and apartment make-readies promptly.
• Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and attention to detail.
• Use company systems and mobile tools daily.
• Access and manage work orders and inspections via a mobile app.
• Document completed work with notes, photos, and videos in real time.

• Access and manage work orders and inspections through a mobile app
