Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Bluffton, SC is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to complete work orders, service HVAC systems, and prepare units for new residents. The role requires hands-on HVAC expertise, EPA licensure, and the ability to participate in on-call rotations.

You will collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards and ensure residents receive top-notch service. Valid driver's license and own hand tools are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience; property management experience is a plus.
• EPA licensure is required.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready's, and punch list.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property and curb appeal.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Description:

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready's, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
