Job summary

Farmington-Squar is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep our community safe and comfortable for residents in Beaverton, Oregon. You will maintain grounds, facilities, and equipment, assist with the maintenance budget, and coordinate with contracted personnel as needed.

You will also lead housekeeping coordination with the manager, interact with residents and staff, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
