Paycom - ATS is seeking a Maintenance Director to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents. You will use basic carpentry skills to maintain grounds, buildings and HVAC systems, while leading the housekeeping team and managing the maintenance budget.

The role emphasizes compliance with state safety regulations, hands-on repairs, and collaboration with staff, residents, and visitors. A strong teamwork mindset and English proficiency are required.
