Job summary

Bozeman Lodge is seeking a Maintenance Tech to maintain grounds, community spaces, and equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents. You will assist with budgeting, oversee housekeeping efforts, and coordinate repairs with contractors as needed.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Flexibility and ability to work with management to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, community, and equipment in a safe, compliant state.
• Help plan, prepare and operate under the Maintenance budget.
• Lead and oversee housekeeping activities as needed.
• Repair equipment or coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Interact tactfully with staff, residents, families, visitors, and external agencies.
