Idm-Companies-1 is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity of our community in Canby, Oregon. You will help maintain facilities and grounds, ensuring a clean, safe living environment for residents and staff.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service, and the ability to lift 75 lbs and work 8–12 hour shifts. Weekend and on-call availability may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives
• Follows practices for safe operation, maintenance and repair of all on-site equipment
• Responsible for detailed turnover of apartments, including painting, carpentry, drywall patch/repair, appliance maintenance, and completion of a detailed make ready checklist
• Responds to work orders in a timely manner, including after hours on-call maintenance requests
• Participates in the on-call rotation with the rest of the Maintenance Team
• Assists with inspection of public areas and resident apartments to ensure proper maintenance and standards
• Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure at all times
• Compliance and attention to company policy while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Participates in training workshops and safety meetings as necessary
