Carefree Living by Oxford Living in Aurora, MN is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Assistant to join our Assisted Living communities. You will perform preventative maintenance, general repairs, and keep interiors and exteriors well-maintained, contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

This role requires initiative and reliability; the incumbent must provide and maintain their own tools and may interact with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be hard working and self-motivated.
• Two-year technical degree or equivalent in building maintenance or related field is preferred.
• Position requires the ability to accurately and independently direct and follow through on work activities.
• Candidates must be willing to interact with others - experience in the senior housing industry preferred, not required.
• Candidates will be subject to a criminal background study and must be able to meet the mental and physical requirements of the position.
