Job summary

The Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife & Parks in Great Falls is seeking a Maintenance Team Supervisor to lead the regional maintenance team, coordinate field operations and ensure safety compliance. You will develop work plans, supervise Maintenance Worker I/II, and maintain accurate records for multiple facilities across the region.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience equivalent to a 2-year degree and at least 5 years in facilities maintenance.
• Ability to lead Maintenance Worker I/II and supervise staff.
• Experience with weed management and licensed applicator duties.
• Strong communication and records keeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Great Falls Maintenance Team within Region 4 maintenance.
• Develop workflows and set priorities for maintenance projects.
• Oversee staff and ensure accurate record-keeping of activities.
• Collaborate with regional staff and managers.
